Daging Tumis Kedelai

Bahan :

600 gram daging has dalam sapi, iris melintang tipis-tipis (1/4 cm)

1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk

1/2 sendok teh garam

100 gram tepung maizena

minyak untuk menggoreng

2 sendok makan kedelai putih goreng

Saus :

1 sendok makan minyak

50 gram bawang bombay, iris halus

1 buah cabai merah, iris menyerong tipis

1 sendok makan kecap asin

1 sendok makan saus cabai bawang

1 sendok makan saus tomat

125 ml air

1 sendok teh maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air

Cara Membuat :

- Pukul-pukul irisan daging hingga agak lebar.

- Aduk dengan merica dan garam hingga rata

- Gulingkan dalam tepung maizena hingga rata. Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang dan kering. Angkat dan tiriskan.

Saus :

- Tumis bawng bombay dan cabai hingga layu. Bubuhi kecap, saus cabai dan saus tomat. Aduk rata.

- Tuangi air dan larutan maizena, aduk hingga kental.

- Masukkan daging goreng dan kedelai, aduk rata. Angkat.

 Bahan :

750 gram cumi-cumi yang sedang besarnya, kupas kulit ari, buang kantong tintanya, cuci bersih

1 sendok makan air jeruk nipis

2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis

1 sendok makan taoco, haluskan

1 sendok teh cabai giling

2 buah cabai hijau, buang bijinya, iris menyerong tipis

75 gram tekokak, bersihkan

1 sendok teh gula pasir

100 ml air

Cara membuat :

- Aduk cumi-cumi dengan air jeruk, diamkan sebentar. tiriskan.

- Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga layu.

- Masukkan cabai hijau, cabai giling dan taoco. Aduk hingga harum.

- Tambahkan cumi-cumi, aduk hingga berubah warna. Tuang air, masukkan gula pasir dan tekokak. Tutup wajan.

- Masak hingga kuah kental. Angkat.

Bahan :

12 buah sayap ayam

1 sendok teh bumbu kari bubuk

2 sendok teh santan kental

200 gram tepung berbumbu, siap beli

Haluskan :

1 siung bawang putih

1 sendok teh garam

1/2 sendok teh merica butiran, sangrai

Cara Membuat :

- Potong sayap ayam menjadi dua. Sisihkan ujungnya. Dorong daging sayap ayam bagian bawah ke arah bawah hingga membentuk drumstick kecil.

- Aduk bumbu kari dengan bumbu halus dan santan kental hingga rata.

- Aduk sayap ayam dalam bumbu dan biarkan terendam selama 1 jam.

- Tiriskan sayap ayam, celup masing-masing dalam putih telur kocok.

- Gulingkan ke dalam tepung berbumbu hingga rata.

- Goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga kuning dan matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
